Build a content management system where custom templates will be applied

Hi there, We want a content management system (CMS) will be developed. Main requirements of the system are as follows: R1. CMS will allow users to create categories and subcategories. R2. User will be able to add new articles. R3. An article may have more than one lay-out. Single column, two columns, three columns, image on the right, image on the top, etc. R4. Users will be able to create new articles according to the templates. R5. CMS will create menus and submenus according to the created categories and subcategories. R6. Users can generate slideshows or image galleries. R7. There will be sharing mechanism integrated. Users will configure all social media accounts (links, etc.) from one page. They will enter site's linkedin, twitter, etc. accounts from a single page. R8. Pages will inherit footer from a master page where Google Analytics code is entered. I will insert Google Analytics code later. However, I will not copy this code to every page. That's why all pages must inherit the main layout (title, meta tags, footer, etc.) from a single page. But page layouts may differ from a section to the other one. R9. Graphic design of the entire system is almost completed. The system will allow different graphic designs to be applied. R10. System will support multiple languages, including right-to-left languages. This is both for the content and the admin panel. R11. So, system has two views: admin view where user configures everything about the site, visitor's view where user sees the web site as a regular visitor. Admin view will be accessed through a login page. R12. Admin users can add new users. There are 2 types of users: Admin and editors. Admins can change system parameters and add users. Editors can change the content of the system. R13. You must be open for minor additions or minor modifications to scope. My deadline is a few days. I am very short in time therefore I have to finish the site quickly. My conditions: C1 - If you cannot start now, don't bid. C2 - If you are not experienced, don't bid. C3 - If you are a newbie but you can dedicate yourself for the coming 2-3 days, bid immediately. C4 - If you will ask for down payment, don't bid. I will not pay unless I'm 100% satisfied. C5 - I will cancel the project and put it in dispute if you don't respond to my message in 12 hours. C6 - Don't bid if you have any negative comments or incomplete projects. C7 - Don't bid if you are planning to ask additional budget for small changes or minor additions. I hate this. C8 - Don't bid if you are not ready to R13. C9 - Don't bid if you don't agree R1-R13 and C1-C9 and B1-B5. I have a sample application which does not work as I want. I can demonstrate it to the candidates that I may work with. While bidding: B1. I need 2 daily updates to see the progress. B2. Start your bid by writing this: "I agree to provide daily updates to the employer two times a day otherwise I will forfeit my rights and will not ask any payment". If you don't agree on this, I don't want to work with you. Sorry. B3. Continue your bid by: "I agree to complete all the necessary development on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, 11:30am GMT)." B4. Tell me why I have to select you. B5. Don't show me samples from Joomla, wordpress, etc. If you need any clarification, please ask questions. I may select more than one bidder. Whoever completes it on time will get the money. So simple!
