Automatic Call Recording and CDR Recorder application for Android

Only experienced freelancers or companies may bid here. Nothing will be given as advance and no milestone will be created untill and unless you show me a perfectly working sample apk. 25% of total budget will be released after giving me sample working apk. Please don't ask me any thing in advance or awarding you the project or creation of any milestone before showing your work. Budget will not be increased at any cost. If you want then you can copy existing apps available on playstore. I'll not provide you any source code. We are looking for an android application which will work for call details records storage in excel sheet. There should be a dashboard in user account from where and whenever any user want to download their CDR (Call details records) they can download their CDR (which will be having all the features like call details summary, sms details, roaming usage, net usage and expense on that net provided by mobile operators) and send to their mail i.d which they can see on their mobile phones or on their pc also. This CDR will be in excel format which will be compatible to all versions of excel. This app will record all their incoming and outgoing calls, their msgs or other incoming or outgoing communication from their mobile. There will be a feature in the app to record all the incoming or outgoing calls, recording the sessions of data usage and msg sent or receiving count. Usage of their roaming minutes. This app will work like truecaller. It should show the identity, location telecom operator, location, prepaid or postpaid type of the callers and sms senders. Whenever any incoming or outgoing call or any sms will come or go on their android mobile, it will be stored in excel sheet in their dashboard available in our database and user can download it anytime. Admin should be having the facility to add or block or unblock any user account. There should be an option to invite users through social media platform. There should be an Otp authentication system in the App. Designing of banner and logo will be done at developer end only. At the end of the work or during the work, the whole source code will be our property.
