Build a Investment Website

Hello All, We are a UK based Investment Unit and we need our web site to be designed from scratch to help us expand our venture. We are currently offering 5 Investment Portfolios with different min. investments and various profit returns with proofs over a period of time. Now we need your assistance in the following way: 1. Setting up an entirely unique investment website, the entire process i.e. designing the website, setting up the web server, collaborating the payment processors like paypal, payzaa etc. (Please share your sample before designing) 2. While designing the site and also while doing running certain algorithms as there are certain countries from where we do not accept clients so you will have to take that into account (We will share the list with you upon your request) Please let us know your costing and time you will require to complete the above mentioned tasks, also while bidding please answer the three questions separately.
