First National Bank of a Coby, a fictional national bank for our academic project, is in need of a prototype website design and is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal. We are graduate students at Texas A&M University assigned with an outsourcing project with a budget of $30-$50. Delivery deadline is November 25, 2016. This website needs to be delivered to us by temporarily hosting for our review or sharing zipped files.
