As you say that booking will be done by the site and Stayz and AirBnB It need extra requirement like some service of that site or if needed we have to create some api for them to place the details to there sites. which help to display the properties and as well as when user book them it will update to our new website. There are many plugins which help us to maintain book keepping for end of the year, some of them are CBX Accounting plugin Bookkeepping plugin. Don't worry about the web hosting, I will take care of it. I have few question : 1. Have you any design for your website like PSD, Images or html it will help me to understand the flow of the process, if not just share your thought or plaining, I will make a design before starting. 2. Booking currency is local for the properties and its same for all or you have decided any thing else. 3 Site will be multi language, means local language with English.
