Character Illustration Bobble Head

1 Degree Consulting is a cannabis consulting firm helping clients navigate the new regulations for cannabis farms and companies in Humboldt County, California. We are launching a "Joe Knows" campaign and looking for a character illustration of our Staff Member Joe. We are going for a stylized cartoon character that might look a little like a bobble head character where the head is bigger than the body. We need three things for this project. 1. Character Illustration Full Body 2. Bust of Character enclosed in circle with the words Joe Knows at bottom of image. 3. Just the text "Joe Knows" We'd like a Vector file, .jpg and .png of each image request. We will share photos of our Staff member once we have awarded the project. 1. Character Illustration Full Body details... Joe is in the standing position. His left arm is up and his thumb is pointed towards his chest in confidence. His right arm is held up carrying a cannabis plant over his shoulder. He has a long sleeve olive colored button up shirt that is open in the front. This shirt has a Humboldt Green logo on the left pocket. There is a white shirt underneath the long sleeve shirt with 1 Degree Consulting logo on it. He is wearing dark pants. 2. Bust of Character details... Wearing same shirt combination as in #1. Circle around character dark navy blue that matches the 1 Degree Consulting logo. Text "Joe Knows" same navy and gold colors in 1 Degree logo. Joe Knows font to be big and chunky. 3. Text only of "Joe Knows" matches what it looks like on #2 in navy and gold.
