I would like to convert a 2D video to 3D. The video is going to be very short, maybe 1 minute maximum. This will be a sample video only. If the job done by you is a very high end then we will start working on the real video of our city. Please note that this project is for illustration purpose of what you can deliver in the future. We will need you to reply to us with the following answers: How long it will take you to finish this one minute 2D to 3D convertion? How much it will cost, please note we will hire the most competitive? If you cant show a previous work done to our similar requiremnts thats mean we cannot hire you. If you can deliver a 100% satisfaction of the sample video converted to 3D we will guarantee a futhur work of 35 minute video which will be funded by the European Commisioner. The video project will start in May 15, 2016 In the future you will have to work closely with Dubbing sound company during the conversion of the video so keep in mind that English language is essential.
