I'm looking for developers in order to create an online customized CRM to run a company. the CRM need to have these features. Main task - tracking lead and their status, - assigne leads to agents, - create a list of providers and products with related commission and criteria - create quotes based on providers and criteria, and send the quote in pdf on leads emails. - Transform quote in invoices - keep the sales log - statistics on performance - calculate agents commission in realtime based on criteria. - announcements. - roles and permissions. - Agents (sales) report, logs for any note or update on customers (customer communication follow up) Good graphics and HTML/CSS skills will be preferred (for nice looking and funcionality). THE SOFTWARE NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON TABLETS VIA TABLETS BROWSER with a look in the future to have an app able to work offline and sync when online. Another good thing it is to have a clue of Zoho Crm structures and Gmail appearance. I would like to have a modular release fo the software. I mean, if for example we started with the Providers database, once released I will personally start to insert the data while the developer will work on the next module. During the data Entry i will personally create a lists of bugs and enhancements about the modules. Please note that this software will be on long term project. I Mean that once we setup all the listed functionality the software will be upgraded time by time. So we intend to establish a long term relationship with the developer in order to keep modifying the software in the future with more features. Of course any future modifications will be paid time by time as new projects. If you already have done similar jobs in the past please create for me a online demo that i can evaluate. Please note that the software will be hosted on our VPS where we can have complete ftp and functionality access.
