Design a kickass logo for a website

The logo needs to be drawn from the picture of the man with the hat holding the glass with a cigar. It needs to look like a drawing vintage/retro, with less graphic details than the actual photo. The logo need to look like a vintage stamp with few color shade from the website colors, and it needs to look kickass once placed on the screenshot. The vintage stamp must no be takken from a stamps librarie, the name of the website must be written bellow and the head of the guy with a glass&cigar must be right above it (cf [login to view URL]) We gave to job the few designers on several plateform already, we try here as well because we are looking for a really kickass logo, something original, that looks awesome at the first look, something that will tease the curiosity of the visitor. We need someone who will create something great not just to get rid of the job, we have more work to give to the right person who will want to get involve in this project. (icons, mailing templates, social network pictures, stickers) We attached few exemples of previous jobs that were not convincing, just to share what not to do. Thanks Bookie Guy DevTeam
