i am looking to hire a FULL time graphic designer here is what i'm looking for 1.. talented designer with 5+ years experience 2...Very good & clever artistic mind 3...Knows how to place text and colours correctly on banners through out to be consistent to go with the flow of the theme if you are questioning your self with any of the above please do not waste your time or my time by bidding. unless you have like 1-2 hours spare time and just want to chat and get no money then please do bid and waste your time :) i am only looking for a very serious designer who will work with me 8 hours a day doing design work for the adult business mostly designs that will be carried out are PSD for landing pages & banners ( static ) & (animated ) a sample would need to be provide before we start working together just so i no you have the design skills i'm looking for the job will be on the basis for 8 hours a day 5 days a week if you can do 6 days a week then even better please let me no your thoughts
