Hire a Graphic Designer

I am looking for a graphic designer to design a wine label. It is for a small boutique winery in the McLaren Vale in SA that produce a range of around 8 wine varieties. The wine label currently is a DIY-job and needs to be updated to bring to the Melbourne market. I am therefore seeking the expertise of an experienced wine label designer to incorporate various creative elements into what will hopefully be an iconic label. The designer will need to consider specified design parameters including creating type font and artwork that represents the core elements of the business. The label will need to include artwork and not just well-spaced font, so drawing and illustration will also need to be in the skillset of the designer. One requirement will of the label will need to feature a colour image/drawing of an old vintage tracktor (photo to be provided). To get a flavour of the business, photos of the vineyard and equipment will be provided as well as the narrative of the business and its location in the McLaren Vale. The aim will be to start with one label, particularly with the tractor, and a brief demonstration of how this label design could then be applied to a series of other wine varieties while maintaining the core design principals throughout. If successful the designer may then be commissioned for further work. So presenting a cost effective quote for the first piece will be seen favourably (as it will essentially be one label) and then more funds can be assigned according to the number of labels thereafter.
