I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. Project Scope Finalizing : However since we are creating our own coin and providing to the users we need to have user to admin exchange first. So that only the users in our website will get the tokens from the admin and then they use the tokens in exchange/trading. Since we are doing ICO we will be doing PRE - ICO and POST - ICO. In PRE ICO : 1. Admin will distribute the new coin we are creating to the users. 2. Users will buy the coin from the admin, unsold coin will remain to admin 3. Every user will be provided with the wallets where they can store their BTC and BTT (tokens). 4. The coin will be with in the website. 5. Admin will fix the value for the token (like 1 USD) for ico, each ico stage will have different price 6. Users will buy the tokens. In Post ICO : 1. Users will have the tokens now in their wallet. 2. Once after users have bought the tokens from the admin they can start doing trading between users on the website, or choose to lending to get daily interest in $ 4. The users who have bought the tokens will get profit and more users will buy the token in the future. 5. Admin May buy or May not buy the tokens which are sold out to the users in exhange 6. For each Trading/Exchange, the admin will get a commission fee. 7. Users can deposit BTC or BTT and withdraw their BTC or BTT, this is the payment gateway 8. If market crash(coin value lower than ico), admin can buyback coin with limitation price and quantity, daily profit from lending will stop to calculate the total coin in market, example : If ico prize $1, then after some period, coin rice is drop to $0.5, total circulate coin 1000 coin, then admin can make annoucement about when buyback moment happen, admin buyback token with limit 10% of total circulate coin @ $2 per coin, this will make more demand to rise up the market price please send your best offer for this project, thanks
