Leaflet Historical Climate Map with JQuery / Leaflet / JS

Hi, I am looking for someone to help out with a leaflet climate map of mine. I want to show the average temperature / month on a global level. The month from jan til december should be changeable on a slider / timeline. The map should than adjust accordingly the temperatures globally via color scheme adjustment.
