Pls see the attached picture and instructions. It is an exisiting site and I need to Flags icons for Chinese and English. The site is administered in English. Visitors should view the site in Chinese by default. Visitors have the option to change to English by clicking on the English flag. MUST BE ABLE TO VIEW IN CHINA. I need a designer who is good in Elementor as it was used. Clean up the site, check to make sure everything works well and make it cleaner and load faster. MUST finish within the same day of awarding. Thank you.
