Hi! I'm a Harvard grad looking for someone with solid back and front end developing skills to build a website. The platform is meant to do is connect two parties. The first party will fill out a quick survey. That quick survey will be used to scan through a database (currently an excel spreadsheet) to find potential "matches" based on the criteria outlined in the survey. Throughout this process, I want both parties to be able to monitor the progress the platform is making through a user portal so that would need to be built as well.
