I m ready to work Book design

I need some help laying out two books (volume 1 and 2). It is a technical book, so it has a model for each section and then repeats the content for the whole chapter. Example 1: Chapter 3 -- Agenda #1 Agendas #1-25 continue until the end of chapter. Each page should have the exact same format. Section 3: (300 pages long) It is a repeating template for 163 items. Each follows the exact same formatting. Most take 2 pages but some are single page. Once you set up the first one, the other 162 will be identical. Current doc is on Microsoft Word. I layed it out but am not happy enough with the result. Content has been professionally edited. After you, this is ready to print. Both books are a little over 500 pages. There are around 30 charts in the book. Final deliverable includes Adobe InDesign and PDF documents for each book. The book is about applied behavior analysis, a science used to help people with autism. It has about 450 scientific references. You will not need to read the content, just to do the layout.
