T-Shirt Design

I want a design for a t-shirt. There are a few componenets that need to be incorporated (pls see attached files for rough samples) 1. Main Text (I lost my number...) 2. Logo (Brand name is Hot Tees, I need a logo for it).. A sample logo is at the bottom of file one. You can expand on this or create a new concept. 3. Other text: Series 1: Pickups.. 1/5 (as on the bottom of the t-shirts). the number can be together with the text (as in sample 1) or separate (as in sample 2). 4. small sketch of a face, ie a sketch/silhouette of the person who is saying the line I have given a basic sketch of what I want, ie the text, placement, etc. Feel free to change what you want given the essence of the t-shirt stays the same. Please contact me if you need to know more info about the overall look/feel, since the t-shirt has to represent the brand (Hot Tees). Basically the look has to be cool, outgoing, stylish, etc. This is the first design out of many to come. If you are awarded the project, there is a good chance that you will be given many more designs to create in the future. This is why I am setting a very low budget.
