Functionality This is an informational website for the South Western part of Gaborone in Botswana. The site is an information resource website for people living, working and going to school in the South Western part of Gaborone City. The website is also useful for those who wish to consider the region for residency, work, school, shopping and visiting. 1. Should be scalable. a. E.g. It should be easy to remove or add a MENU item. 2. Should be light and easy to load. 3. Must be searchable. 4. Users should be able to sign up to receive Newsletters. a. When a user visits the website, there must be a pop-up Newsletter sign-up form. 5. Should be able to be updated and managed remotely through a CMS. 6. Must link to social media. 7. Must have a video page for videos. 8. Must provision for advertising a. Must include advert design and submission space 9. Should be viewable on mobile devices. 10. Should have a form that allows users to submit announcements and Press Releases 11. At the bottom, there must be links for Contact Us, Sitemap, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 12. Under the Jobs in SWGC section, residents of the region can post part-time jobs (peace jobs). a. Employers can post jobs b. Residents looking for jobs can also post their CV/Resume’s and experience
