You can't just update it, you will have to: 1. find same extensions and install/write them 2. find same template and install/write it 3. define your customizations of template and extensions and replicate them on magento 2.0 4. transfer data. replication of extensions and customizations - that's usually the biggest part. Please, check what extensions do you have at System > configuration > advanced?
