Also we would like an Android & iOS applications to be developed. All apps must be able to to have a student login and an instructors login. The app must have the ability to register a student or instructor. We would also like a software to be developed that would allow customs course creation so instructors or tutors will be able to develop courses without the need of a professional production team. Users should be able access and take courses through both mobile applications. A payment system of some form will be needed as well. We are willing to utilize PayPal to accept visa, MasterCard, Discover. HTML , CSS , CSS3 , CSS5 PHP , JavaScript Node JS, HTML5 , C, C++ , Bootstrap , Obective-C , Swift, Android applications development, etc are wanted skills but not mandatory.
