Hello, A wordpress website is not needed for your project. It can be simply done using normal php, HTML 5 and CSS. I can create a database table with categories and then pull all that data in the website. Same goes for notes and comments. The notes can be shared as a link and who ever has the link can open and write comments on the note. Simple enough. I have kept my bid low because we are new here and looking to polish our profile with reviews and ratings.
