Wordpress banner redesign

We need to have the banner of our homepage redesigned. We offer training packages and courses in China. The banner we would like you to redesign can be seen here: [login to view URL] As you will see the banner has nice image effects. We would like these replicated with different pictures to reflect our slide text. A milestone for the full amount will be created at start. We will test your html design and approve to release the first half milestone. The second half will be released once you have uploaded the complete files for us to download. If you are then also able to replace the current banner on our wordpress website we will create another milestone and you can do this also. Otherwise we will find a developer. Please in your initial communication to us provide a quotation for the design work and a separate quotation for developing the banner onto our wordpress website. 1: change logo. We will provide the logo to you 2: This banner area is very tall. Please reduce its height. Please place everything nicely so it all looks good within the reduced height. 3. Please change the background. It needs to be simple, sharp and professional. 4: Please change the font next to the pictures. It needs to look more professional. 5: We like the banner animation however please change the pictures. They need to look excellent. There will be two slider banners. Please therefore find great images with animation to go alongside each of the following two pieces of text.
