Need an expert wordpress developer to make some fast fixes to my wordpress site. I have a background that currently scrolls with the content area (on mobile). Instead (on mobile) i want it to function more like the background in the "discography" section on [login to view URL] I like how the background on [login to view URL] is static and doesnt scroll on the mobile site. I have two sections on my wordpress home page that I want to function like this on mobile. Need someone who can do this asap (within 3-4 hours). Budget $30
