Write an Android application

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Android and Mobile Phone. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is ₹5000 - ₹10000 INR. My Project is about digitalization of business cards. DB Card is an android application which can make digital business cards and can share that. we can store the different digital business cards in Favorites in categorized forms. In start there is a login activity username(email or phone no.), password, register, forgot password, then user log in into application menu Menu Consist of 5 options 1. Search 2. Share 3. Favorites 4. Toll-free 5. My Card Search There is search by name or contact no. with filters on basis of (location and profession) Share 2 options -1. Send card, 2. Receive In send we can send card by different ways including qr code as one way and other ways. In receive we got the card and we accept that after which received card must be automatically save in favorites on the basis of profession. In receive scan for qr card option should be there to scan the senders qr code for taking their card. Favorites In this there must be different category like Engineer, Doctors, Advocates, Bankers, etc And user can also create group and can add the special cards into that All the cards can be opened in favorites and we can access the detail of cards.(contact- can be used to call, whatsapp, message, email -> send mail , address -> open location on google map) We can sort the cards in alphabetic order and there will be search panel on top to search card in favorites. Button to share card from favorites My Card Pic in top mid followed by name, contact no., email, address, profession, additional details, privacy- open or private. (In open anyone can take card without having owner’s permission, private owner of card will get the request to allow third person to take his card) likes count which is visible to all Toll Free In this there are tollfree no. of renowned brands in categorized forms like in automobile we have bmw, Mercedes, etc. Apart from this if any card owner changes or update their detail then same must be automatically reflect to card holders as soon as card holder get connected to internet their database must be updated. Application must be live can be used in smartphone and can perform all the sharing and functions on smartphone. Application must support multi languages . all the detail will appear in hindi if hindi is selected in setting of app.
