yiic admin panel (issue with unique url)

I have website with panel (yiic framework). In my admin panel, i have made some accounts for my employees. When a employee is logged in his personal account, he will see URL link that he has to share with his client, and client will be redirected to website where will fill in form, and my employee will see the data live that client enters. Here is the issue: Both my employees see each others data entries. But they should only see their own entries, from their own clients. The URL that they share with client, is a unique URL, only for him. But still he sees data from other employee. Please respond only if you can fix this now and quickly.
