visual mapping using D3

hello I have this project : 1. i would like to have a bubble chart over a map, where the bubble is a custom a graphic element (SVG) that basically is a round circle split into 8 parts, and each part would have a different color depending on certain statistics, and the circle would be placed over a coutnry the custom 'bubbles' would look like this (i have already done this part, would just like to place them on a map to make them more interactive) [login to view URL] 2. the final result would look something like this, but with the custom graphic on the map: [login to view URL] 3. would like to have a line chart on the side once an item is clicked (same as the above link) 4. there would be a 'scroller' or a way to toggle the data between years, so user can select 2013 and see things, then select 2012 and see the map updated with different bubbles & numbers 5. should be able to have filter by statistic range, by country or region. Map is zoomable. PS: please bid and show some reference to your work
