Hello - I can do this easily. I can create a Windows Timer Job that can fetch the data from SharePoint List using List webservice. Once I get the information, I can compile and email message and send it to the recipients. Using the same SharePoint List webservice I can write it back to the List. I need more information about which Data (conditions) I am extracting from List and send it to email. Let me know. Thanks
