Goal

Integrate Velocity as the new CRM, moving away from Highrise.

Description

There is an email capture form on multiple pages of the Wordpress installation. There has been a problem in the past in that sometimes when the form is completed the information goes into Highrise and Mailchimp as it’s supposed to, and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s inconsistent. They’ve decided to ditch High-rise and change to Velocity. So, Velocify has to be integrated

Forms live on every page of the education tab (see (1) below, but I am thinking we will need to grab all the pages . Please look at the form section of the back end this will let you see every page that has a form .

Also, the existing database has to be imported into Velocity. I’ve attached it. There are roughly 1700 contacts from inception of new the website .. May 2015 until today.

Finally, it has been suggested that using a transactional email service for sending the automated messages is they way to go, and we have been told that Mailgun ([url removed, login to view]) is the best option for our needs, because it is more cost effective for low volume email (<10,000 /month) and because it is provided by RackSpace and will therefore have somewhat familiar tooling. Totally open to your suggestion.

If you could please provide a rough estimate and when you think you can complete this, that would be great. As mentioned, they are really concerned about finishing it ASAP.
