This project is a tournament-making website. Users can create any type of tournament they want and then send the link to their friends to vote for the winners in each round. In truth I already developed the majority of this website several months ago. I don't have time to finish this project right now (I am a full time student and work part time) but I am anxious to get it done. I am doing in collaboration with my brother, who is a digital marketing business owner. It needs some work to flush out the backend (mongodb database) and a new page on the front end. If you have interest in working on this project, I can send the URL for you to see the current state of the project. I will be able to make you a collaborator on the git project to start working on it. I have experience as a front end developer so the project is well organized. The website is already fully designed and I can share those designs with you as well.
Compensation:
My brother and I are splitting the profits of the site 50-50. If you finish the site, I will give you a large chunk of my share of the profits (we can talk about it depending on your experience). If you don't like that, we can discuss a fixed price for your work (lower reward but lower risk).The site generates profit from ad revenue, but also from options that people and companies have to get rid of ads, feature their own logo, become a featured tournament, etc. It's a project that we think has lots of potential! Once the project is done we as developers don't need to worry about much as my brother markets it and it makes money!
