Make 3 Changes to My AJAX Script

Hi, I have gone through the site ans following tasks which I need to complete: 1. Make the Left Sidebar Menu Stay visible while keeping all of main window visible. OK 2. Make everything in screen able to be edited by clicking on it and menu comes up. Do you want to remove hide and show features? so content will be visible on screen. 3. Combining the 2 edit menu's together when popped up. Please describe. 4. click on "Edit Content" or "Edit Details" to edit the things on the page...I dont want this and it must be simplified. please describe your requirement.
