Front-end Developer

For a Belgian startup we are currently in the need for a front-end developer to extend our team. The job is initially short-term, but can be extended to long-term based on the work.  The web application is build on the Laravel framework. Knowledge of the framework is a plus, but not necessary. <br /><br />The project has been built by 3 front-end developers, using bootstrap but we are absolutely not happy about the quality. For example, mobile responsiveness is done by jQuery & Modernizr instead of using CSS media queries. Also the bootstrap framework is not used as it should.<br /><br />As a solution, we currently have 1 front-end developer, part-time, doing bugfixes on it. And we need some support for him. You should know, that rewriting the front-end is not an option, so please don't suggest it. We have already launched and need to move forward. So currently, we want to get all the bugs solved, and then we will start developing new features.<br /><br />The application is mainly in dutch, however, we are currently translating to a lot of other languages, which might make it easier for freelancers. The freelancer should be able to work in a team, have knowledge of GIT and how to create pull requests on bitbucket. The freelancer should also speak fluent English or Dutch. Spanish would be an option also.<br /><br />We are doing a sprint here, the more hours you do, the faster the project is finished.
