Need a Web Developer to Create Social Networking Forum Game

Hello, I'm Zack I need a skilled web developer to create a social networking / forum game website. The website will be based around having a dungeons and dragons - like character to which you play choose your own adventure, or DM hosted games. I've always liked dungeons and dragons and I used to play online games like neopets and gaiaonline. I want to bring roleplay to the internet in a big and accessible way but everyone has got to start somewhere, I will need features such as logging in, general forums, character inventories and then I need the ability to make some choose your own adventure type scenarios for players to engage with.
