Website for coworking business in France

Hello, I am creating a business for a space I own in France, Strasbourg. The project is for rental of coworking space. I want a fancy but simple website, easy to navigate and responsive. The main feature on this website beside the general information is: 1. should accept french and english with an easy interface to translate the content 2. form to request a quote 3. online booking for meeting room 4. interactive map that would be for example the 3D design of the workspace with a mouseover each desk to see availability and booking option. Basically the customer will have in front of him the 3D design of the 435 m2 and by passing the mouse over each desk, he would be able to "add to cart" the quested desk that if available and book it for a set period of time, 1 day, 1 week 1 month, 1 year... to be defined. Customer could add to card different options like printing credit, secretary, phone line dedicated, mail box and so on. 5. virtual tour of the space 6. customer login to interact with customer. invoices, login to local server credentials, opt-in and opt out for different services. I am open to any other ideas. Please, no beginer. I need someone that has expérience in webdesign field. Send me references of site you designed with this kind of work. I need this project to be up and running in 3 month max. you can use wordpress or any other opensource software, does not matter.
