App Developer Wanted for Active Wallpaper

I need someone who\'s familiar with active wallpapers and works in a timely fashion. We\'d be making an app that would be fun to use as well as simple in the beginning; preferably I\'d like someone who\'d be willing to continue a dialogue once the app is published so we can continually make it better and potentially move on to new projects. What I need is fairly simple, from a user\'s standpoint at least: This is a slight variation of active wallpapers that will be introduced with new iPhones and the like. I\'m not very technical so I can\'t accurately describe the skills needed to do this but I know the end product I\'d like to see, and we can adjust specifics from there. At a minimum, developer should be decent with graphics and be willing to work with me in adjusting the images and the movement of the images in the wallpaper. I need a freelancer who\'s strong with communication and flexible, willing to see this as a partnership as equally as a business relationship. A success for the app will be a success for both of us. Interested freelancers should be willing to sign the attached NDA before we begin working. And lastly, the developer should feel very free in asking questions, the more the better.
