The younger children were stored in cages four feet by four feet. Most children were toddlers between the ages of three to five. The older children from seven to twelve years were stored in separate kennels about six feet by six feet and had been segregated from the rest. Those were the ones that had survived so far. The cages were stacked sometimes fifteen feet high with walking platforms in front of them. Each containing children of various age groups, gender, race and sometimes assigned religion. The ones on the bottom cages had the risk of shit and urine falling on them from the top cages above them. Men in military uniforms, white lab coats and sometimes mascot disguises walked past the cages removing bodies, sometimes distributing food or water. Sometimes they carried clipboards and check lists to conduct evaluations of the children. They were treated like animals. Most of the children had not learned to speak yet. Most had come from foreign adoption agencies or orphanages as infants. The ones who had survived to the older ages were extremely smart, tough and strong both mentally and physically. Survival was natural selection, trial and error, and luck. At the military project site shown on the videos, the smell of burnt human flesh continuously hung in the air. The sounds of sobs and crying of the children in the cages could always be heard. Each cage had multiple electric wires running front of their food slots turning it into an electric fence. Different levels of voltage per cage ran through them depending on the child. This forced the children to develop small motor skill coordination to avoid being shocked. When the children reached for food they had to keep their hands steady and from shaking to avoid touching the trip wires. They were also segregated by level of voltage. The youngest children received less then lethal voltage enough to cause pain. To develop their hand eye coordination. Toddlers were assigned a lower voltage to start. For younger toddlers a baby bottle containing food or water was placed outside of their cages with in arms reach and by their food slot. The older children as they grew received voltage enough to kill them or cause 3rd degree burns. They became older children by surviving IQ tests and physical tests. A light system of flashing lights and symbols was in front of their cages about twenty feet. It was displayed on large projection screens. The light system would serve as an IQ test for the children in the cages. The light system IQ test was similar to that of the 1980s game "Simon Says". In the child's game patterns of flashing lights would occur and the child would have to repeat them. The lights would flash different colors and shapes indicating to the children if the voltage was on or off to the cages. Colored light patterns told the children if the electrical voltage to the cages was off or on. Children learned through trial and error with pain and by watching other children get electrocuted. Many children died this way. They would get hungry and thirsty and reach for food or water and be electrocuted. Some would develop hand eye coordination and be able to keep their arms steady enough to reach through their food slots and past the electric trip wires that were on the other side of their cages. Most were to afraid to attempt to do this. They would wait until the light patterns changed. The light patterns on the projector screens would change indicating that the voltage was off. The children as a group would begin to reach for their food and water and eat at the same time. Some of the children after seeing friends electrocuted to death became too afraid to reach for their food or water. Older children who had better hand eye coordination or who were braver would reach for food and then pass it through the cages to the children next to them to feed them. Sometimes images of American Flag would be broadcast onto the projection screen. Sometimes landmarks. Sometimes in between when the images on the projection screens changed men in American Military uniforms would place food in front of the cages. Chapter 3 Date 1991 military test site A child reached for the baby bottle at the wrong time. The electric cage system was on. Other children watched as a child around the age of five died. The smell of burnt flesh to wafted through the air. Older children who had become use to the scene ignored it. The system was set up to kill children who did not learn quickly enough or develop fast enough. After the dead child was electrocuted reaching for the baby bottle, the lighting pattern changed from red to green on the screens in front of the cages. Another child of the same age reached for his baby bottle and as he touched his electric cage he was spared voltage. The lighting system indicated no voltage. He had been lucky, but now had figured out the pattern by the third time he saw child next to him die. That child would go on to realize the patterns of lights indicating voltage on and off, allowing them to continuously reach for food and water safely. I need to have a book cover done that matches the description of chapters below. Chapter 1 As children around him died other children started to mimic the survivor child. He was able to reach for his food without pain or death. Soon other children reached for their food and water at the same time as him sparing them from electrocution. Eventually trust developed with in that group of children and they would learn to control their instincts of hunger and thirst. Some children learned to allow newer children in the military experiment to reach for their bottles first to see if the voltage was on. Most of these children in the cages had not yet learned how to speak or read but communication had became none verbal. They had no family or friends and had been raised within the military laboratory. Others were kidnapped and still had memories of a past life. Chapter 4 Date 1991 military test site, "What is the overall purpose of this military project?" asked a project worker to a co-worker as they placed food in front of a child's cage. A military officer began explain the project as he helped distribute food in front of the cages. He began to speak. "This is just the first stage of the project. We use this stage to kill off the weaker children, make them submissive and controllable. We starve them, and let them see example killings. This causes them to be afraid of death while desensitizing them to it." "We starve them in the first part of the project so we can force them to fight in the third stage of the military project." "The ones that survive are moved to the second stage of the project" continued the military doctor. "The project is an American Military project it originally started in the nineteen fifties and has become more extreme with each generation" The American military officer dressed in a Halloween mask spoke as he began to move from caged child to caged child. The military officer walked down the aisles formed by children in cages that were part of the military project. He continued to explaining as he pushed a cart filled with baby bottles. They baby bottles were filled with baby formula. Most of the children were too old to be eating the formula. It was cheap and easy to feed to children in mass without needing to be cooked. "A tradition that was started during the napoleon wars was the creating of elite units at military schools by forcing the cadets to have real battles against each other during their training. " "Musket men of the same army would be form lines for battle. Their muskets and cannons would be loaded with only gun powder and they would practice the battle commands ." "In this way the professional soldiers would get use to the sound of battle." "Eventually however some of the muskets would be loaded. Causing some of the men in the lines to be killed. Also allowing early doctors to practice on wounded patients." "During the third stage of the military project the children are starved and forced to fight for food with m16s containing mainly blank ammunition." "Sometimes in the third stage of this military project live ammunition is mixed in with the blank ammunition" "Since many of these soldiers were already veteran in terms of line battles they would be reserved for specific duties." "Some duties included being the front line troops. " "Sometimes they were reserved as revolutionary guard loyal to aristocrats, generals, merchants ready to fight in a civil war." "In some cases the family members, wives, and children of high ranking officers were taken hostage during battles forcing them to fight." "Many of these children will be used to guard and control American nuclear weapons. Some will be taught to fire nuclear weapons, to steal them, to seize them, or to fight over them in case of a civil war" "Some of these children will be sold to various militaries, terrorist groups, criminal organizations or become spies or become brainwashed.
