Illustration needed silhouette style and normal colors URGENT

I need a illustration done of this girl attached I need her body in a silhouette and her hair done in strands of pink/black make her hair stand out. I also need her in a color version matching that image as best as possible. I need to stress I had this done by another freelancer paid them and the job was horrible, so I want to see a sample before I select someone I need this done and am now behind my timeframe. As soon as I see a sample I will hire you if your work is close to the image ... I have had many designs done for under 20$ but my illustrator is not available for a fast job, the max I will pay for this is 30$ so please do not bid if your amt will be above that I will just delete the bid.
