Hence the bidder should quote for the above make only. (2) (a) The bidder should preferably be a manufacturer of above mentioned Brand / Product . (b) In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, then the bid from Authorisd Dealer / Authorized Distributor can also be considered provided such bid is accompanied with back-up authority letter from the concerned manufacturer, who authorizes bidder to market their product, provided further such an authority letter is valid at the time of bidding and should remain valid during the entire execution period of the order. Required warranty cover of the manufacturer (As per the warranty clause of the bid document) for the product will be provided by such a bidder and an undertaking to this effect shall be provided by the bidder along with the tender document. Offers without back-up authority letter from manufacturers will not be considered. Hence , Bidder should submit warranty /Guarantee certificate at the time of inspection and also along with the supply of materials. (3) Bidder should have supplied the same items to various companies during the last 03 (three) years (at least one in each year). Other details: 1. Tender enquiry can also be issued to the firms who request to issuance of tender along with documentary evidence as per PQC. Such requests are to be received by 19.09.2012. 2. ONGC is not responsible for any postal loss/ delay. 3. Bidder may note that issuance of tender does not qualify their bid in any manner and required to meet with all requirement mentioned in the tender document. 4. in case of any unscheduled holiday on the prescribed date of closing /opening in the next date shall be prescribed as scheduled date. 5. ONGC reserves the right to cancel / reject / accept any all offer without assigning any reason.
