Get some rapidshare files downloaded by people. Youtube Commenting|Forum Posting|Anything!

To give some idea about the project: File hosts used to pay per download, such as Hotfile used to pay $3 for every 1000 downloads. This is going to be something similar to that with much higher payout rate. This project is about getting downloads to some of my files which I want to be downloaded by people from US. I'll pay for 3.5k downloads. I'll count only US downloads and possibly UK&Canada. I need the downloads in the short term(around 2 weeks). You can promote those links with Youtube comments, forum posts or anything else. Your promotional methods are your own concern and please don't bid this unless you know what to do. I'll let you track how many downloads you have gotten. If you slightly pass 3.5k and make 4k-4.5k downloads I can add to the payment but you should try to aim 3.5k. Note: I'll check if the downloads are legitimate in a number *dynamic* ways. If any sort of deceiving ways are felt, no payment will be done. Proxy, bot, repeated downloads from same IP addresses are not allowed. I am considering a payment of 40 dollars but there is no strict limit, you are free to bid what you think this work is worth. Please write sth. in your bid which indicates that you have read the project description.
