Quality USA leads to my online adult toy store website

Hello I want someone who can drive quality USA traffic to my site. Freelancers with good knowledge of affiliate marketing and have good knowledge of CPA marketing are welcome. All traffic generated by legit means only, no black hat techniques are allowed. I'm open to any number of suggestions, email campaigns, telemarketing, ebay, craigslist, affiliates, etc... I'm not interested in link building or SEO as I have someone working on that already, what I AM looking for original ideas and help finding qualified people to buy products from my website. Last month, there were 766 visitors to my website and it generated approximately $1200 in sales. I want to double that by October and quadruple that by December.
