1000 PR5 dofollow backlinks required + 30 .EDU backlinks

I am looking for a professional Link Builder to provide me with: 1000 One-Way, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR5+ 2 URLs (500 links each). Specific keywords and corresponding URLs will be provided. ALSO : .EDU Links required 2 URLs (15 links each) Specific keywords and corresponding URLs will be provided. 1, We accept only .EDU forum profile Links only ( no other TLD's like [login to view URL] etc ) 2, We accept only Publicly Viewable Links only ( No login to view ) 3. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days.. TO BE COMPLETED OVER A TWO MONTH PERIOD SO AS TO NOT HAVE TOO MANY LINKS ALL AT ONCE GUIDELINES: 1 Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ Pages (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed) 2 ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW... All links will be checked. 3 ONLY LINKS FROM WEBSITES IN ENGLISH. 4 Free one-way manual links, one link per domain. 5 URLs must be live as soon as you create them. 6 Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. 7 Link page must be search engine friendly. 8 Links must be static HTML links. We require white hat techniques only. Reporting: Spreadsheet should be provided profiles registered URL of the profile page Domain PR (!!!!!!!)
