Search Engine Optimization Proposal Writer

This project is for creating a proposal for each SEO, website design and link building. This would probably be a 10 to 20 page document for each. You would have to be able to speak and write perfect English. I would also need a SEO contract in which parts of it are to be filled in depending on the quote or company. I also need a 90 gaurantee for SEO written stating that if a company is not showing up on the first page of google within 90 days on at least one keyword then their money would be refunded in full. I need these documents completed with graphics on them in PDF format within 24 hours from accepting the bid. Previous content writing examples would be required.
