SEO work for two sites (only seo experts to apply)

I have two websites that needs excellent SEO work... Both sites related to Real Estate and Property. Please do not bid to my project If you do not accept the terms and you only deal with SEO as side work. Due to my bad experience on some freelancers, I will not make any payment before seeing the results and only up on achieving required rankings payment will be provided. Project will start with my first ( main site ) site deals with real estate located in turkey but most of our customers across Europe, so knowing the territories will certainly help. If we can see the results than my second page will be promoted while first one still continues and than the third one as last project goals achieved. Once again there will be no down payment before seeing the results and I will not tolerate delays and me chasing up the freelancer (you) due to my previous experience.
