Need facebook account with french profile with likes

Hello, Looking for facebook account with FRENCH profile and with 100+ likes for each profile/account. you should use france ip/proxy etc to create those account, it is not required any PVA but must accessible from my end. it you can deliver related IPs to access facebook account, will be great, but not important i think. but important is, all fb account MUST come with french billing/profile with 100+ likes for each account. it could be 110 or 120 likes for each one. I need 1000-2000 fb account in a week, but first I need 3-4 account as samples to test if they are OK for me. please only serious fb experts. if NOT made by my criteria, they are useless, so please do not waste your time as my time too. thank you and have a nice day
