Research Instagram Influencers

Hi, Hiring an online research expert, who knows how to accurately find Instagram influencers by 1.) geography (i.e., located in certain cities), 2.) by hashtag (i.e., popular hashtags), and 3.) real followers and likes (i.e., must be able to check if the followers and likes on their page are real. All 3 conditions are dependent on each other, so the criteria includes #1, #2, and #3. For example, we'd like to find all Instagram influencers (at least 100) who have minimum 20K real followers (no bots), are in the fashion industry (we will provide you with the hashtags to search for), and located in one city (we will provide you the exact single city that we need to focus on). The very important part of this is, the Instagram influencer must currently live in that city, not just visiting or traveling temporarily because we need to physically meet them in person. Thanks
