User / Audience generation

I am looking for freelancers, influencers, agencies and experts, those who are able to generate "users"/ "Audience" for our Portal and Alexa Skill for Germany. => We are going to launch our Alexa Skill for Sweepstakes/ Lucky Draw, where any registered user can take part in the lucky draw/ sweepstakes just by voice command (and may be able to win prizes). The user needs to register on our portal (only Email ID and Postal code are compulsory fields) and also activate the Skill in the Alexa App. Only thereafter he/she can participate in the sweepstakes/lucky draw campaigns. => Your role: bringing in qualified leads. Thus, I am NOT looking for any ideas or offers, where you just need bring the traffic but I am looking for "registered users". Any user, living in Germany and at least 18 years old, is the prerequisite. => Our idea/ product of "voice based sweepstakes" is worldwide for the first time and with us you can grow too. After Germany, we are planning to launch the product in other countries too. => When you make offer, please let me know the prices for: 1) Price per qualified registered user (registered on the site with Email ID and postal code + the user is from Germany and 18 years old). 2) Price per qualified registered user, who also activates our Alexa Skill.
