Build me a MES for my Garment Industry

I'm having a Garment Manufacturing company and i have the below requirements for the Manufacturing Execution System. Stage 1 -> The raw materials are fed into the station where the Feeding for the Station is done. Stage 2 -> Quality checking, where we need any device that records the pass/defective/reject garments at the final checking point. Stage 3 -> A display where the realtime analytics are displayed for every station Stage 4 -> Mobile App to view the realtime status of the stations in the factory
