Build an App - Banking Sector - Preferably iOS and Android

Hi, I am looking for a semi-complicated application, built for iOS. Here are the initial thoughts on the project. Currently looking for MVP (Minimum Viable Product, something that works, but may not have every single feature the end app will have, enough to get started and test with users) 1. I am looking for a similar, yet simplified version of the App [login to view URL] 2. Summary - Users should be able to connect a bank account (Debit) and a 2nd account (Credit). The user will have options to save money from their debit account. Transactions from the Credit account will be recorded in the app. Very similar to [login to view URL], without all of the extra options of goals. 3. Requirements (I am NOT technical, these are only the ones I can think of...) Main splash page, simple with logo and login button. Login by Email or Login by Google Technology - 256 bit encryption should be used There should be difficult minimum password requirements There should be a password resest option Upon logging in, the user will see a disclaimer page that they must scroll through and virtually sign and agree to. After the agreement page, the client will see an overview page displaying features. Then they will have the ability to connect up to 2 client/ user bank accounts (to start, with the programming/ app development for the ability to add more later) +Technology - Plaid should be used as an API connector Microdeposits feature should be implemented. Meaning, if someone signs up their bank account, we would put "$.08 and $0.15" in their account - for example, and they would have to login to their bank account, verify those amounts, go to the app, and input those numbers for verification. The app should be connected to a Businesses Escrow Account, that I will be abe to input this information as the owner/ admin. Meaning, just like Digit, if a customer saves $5, removing it from their Debit account, it will be deposited into the businesses/ apps secure bank account and stored under that clients name. The app should keep an accurate log on the backend of any and all transactions for a 12 month duration. (If a client saves $5, deposits it into our bank account for safety, then we record that transaction. If they withdraw $2 later, we would record that, saving the $3, etc..
