I am looking to develop a flutter application for the iOS and Android platforms. The flutter app will allow the user to view How To videos (up to 40 videos) online or enable the user to download the video for viewing offline. It will also allow viewing of up to 40 PDF's (bundled within the app). It will also have a simple memory game included such as: [login to view URL] The app would require either some authentication (aka login) OR ... ... the ability to active the software with an online registration code, each user/customer can install the App on up to 3 devices. Attempting to install the App on a 4th device and trying to activate it will result in Unable to launch app message. Features: Watch stream video online Optionally download the video for offline viewing View PDF (from a selection of 40) Memory Game (see above YouTube URL) Authentication OR App activation mechanism To ensure bidders have actually read the requirements please start off bid with "GURU".
