ASP.NET, MVC, EF 6 Project - repost 3

I have a client who requires a school management solution. The primary modules will be fees collection, progress report card and accounts. It should have role based access control. I will post the entire and detailed requirement to the selected bidder. My estimate is that a skilled person should take about 5 to 6 weeks working 40 hours a week. My preferred technology area is ASP.NET, MVC, EF 6, SQL SERVER
