Web Site Design & Build

Website needs designing and building from scratch, with good SEO, and design skills. This is for a lone chinese herbal medicine & acupuncture doctor. I have pictures & some suggestions on design to use, but need some good design and input from yourself. Should contain several standard pages like contact, treatments, prices, about us, etc... Server side scripting also to stop unauthorised (easy) duplication of writen material housed on the site. Needs to be easy to change or update by myself using one of the standard wysiwyg programs (i.e. promotions or pricing) Hopefully someone that is good in CSS, This website is to be simple, clean and easy on the eye like www.csszengarden. money will be placed in escrow, until site complete and all parties happy.
